We understand you — and you can understand us.
Since 2002 we have been your professional point of contact for everything to do with care. Thank you for your many years of trust.

Even if you speak little or no German
Our team is made up of staff with a wide range of language skills: Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Serbo-Croatian, Bosnian and others.
As an intercultural care team we are familiar with the different cultures these languages come from. So it goes without saying for us that we take your needs, your habits and your faith into account.
Independently of that, around 50 % of our clients are German, and they have chosen individual care from our qualified team.

Our care philosophy
Intercultural care
We are an intercultural nursing team whose concern is to guarantee every person optimal, needs-based and activating care. In doing so we take account of our patients' cultural, social, biographical and societal differences. Human dignity is inviolable — regardless of nationality, age or illness. Where possible we provide information in people's mother tongue for migrants in need of care and their families, along with advice and guidance for relatives caring at home.
Care with a claim to quality
Across the broad spectrum of outpatient care we meet every challenge with expertise — from straightforward personal and domestic support to medically demanding care such as round-the-clock care, port catheter care or tracheostomy care. Care is a service to people. We therefore question our own work and knowledge continually and keep it current through further training. We document professionally and without gaps — the first person to benefit from that is our client. We work with modern assessment scores and with SIS (structured information gathering and care planning).
Working within the health network
We cooperate with health-sector institutions and companies to ensure seamless care — including when someone is discharged from hospital. Our regular partners include hospitals and medical practices as well as medical supply stores, pharmacies, homecare companies, orthopaedic workshops, and physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and podiatrists. We also exchange experience and ideas with other care services and are open to joint projects such as assisted living communities.
Our standard
As a Berlin care service we see ourselves as permanently in a process that challenges us to adapt to a constantly changing situation in life and health, with modern concepts.

Besides German, our care staff speak other languages such as Turkish, Arabic, Russian or Serbo-Croatian. […] Patients build trust more quickly with carers they can communicate with more easily.
